Seriously, this is so hard to do! Why??? All you have to do is drink water!
I really like doing yoga. For a while had been good at doing it almost every day, but some how that stopped. I plan on starting up again Monday. I’ll let you know then, if I did or not!
Control your breathing!
My all time, favorite thing to do! Also, a big stress reliever for me my whole life. It works! Unless the outdoors cause you stress for some reason…
