Did you know, that Americans drink an average of 3.1 cups every day? That is a lot of coffee, in my opinion.
There is something that I should probably point out before I start. Organic coffee, will have more of these health benefits, then cheap, not organic, coffee.
So, you should go get some good coffee!

The reason I started drinking coffee, was for the health benefits. Not because of taste, or the need for caffeine. (I didn’t like the taste when I first started)
