You are always responsible for how you act, no matter how you feel. Remember that.

How often do we blame our actions on our feelings? Saying that if we hadn’t been in a bad mood, we wouldn’t have done/said that. I have. A lot.
It shouldn’t be an excuse. What we say or do, still hurts people, no matter what we are feeling and going through.
Just because I’m mad and frustrated with one person, doesn’t mean I can snap at this other person.
They don’t deserve that.
We are responsible, no matter what, for how we treat people. We need to remember this as we go out and about our day!
And, I’m afraid, this goes for the person that might be the cause of our bad feelings. We are still responsible for how we treat them, even if they don’t care how they treat us.
Meeting someones anger with anger, never goes well anyways.
Stop. Take control over what you are going to say, and how you will act. Don’t let your feelings run wild, ruining your day.
You will more then likely, say something hurtful to someone else, for something they didn’t do.
You can’t blame your feelings for actions you had complete control over.
I know I do this a lot. So! I am going to make an effort to react in a positive way, not blowing up and lashing out at everyone.
