Some days I am really good about getting up, and doing stuff, and other days…. nope. As much as I’d like to say that I’m a pro at getting up and getting things done, and that motivation isn’t a problem for me, that just isn’t the case.
It’s amazing how much you can get done in one morning, if you get to it!
I’m going to list the 5 things that I came up with, that make me feel more put together in the mornings. 🙂
Read you Bible~ Doing this, often helps put life into perspective.
Some simple hygiene~ Just washing your face, brushing your hair, and brushing your teeth, makes you feel nice and fresh in the morning!
Do your hair~ Do your hair in whatever makes you feel confident or motivated. Having my hair up, makes me feel ready to tackle chores, and other projects!
Get dressed~ Getting dressed is pretty key if you want to get something done. I know it can be tempting to stay in your comfortable Pj’s, especially if you aren’t leaving the house. But, you won’t feel as put together and motivated, as when you are dressed!
Eat breakfast~ You might be thinking that this is a given, and that every one does this. But some times mornings get rushed or you just don’t want to prepare something to eat, or you forget. I know that I am bad at eating breakfast everyday. It is an important meal, so eat something! If it helps, prepare something the day before.
