A new month is almost here! And with it can come stress for the new month ahead, or even regret fro things not done in the month behind.
I’m sure you have a thing or that you do to help you relax. But, just in case, I am going to list somethings that I do to relax.
- Read a book! I probably read too much…. If that’s even a thing,but seriously one of the most relaxing things to do, in my opinion!
- Watch your favorite TV show! Don’t try a new show. Watching a show that you know, is proven to be relaxing, because you are familiar with it.
- Do your hobby! Comment down below, what your hobby is! I have several, but drawing/painting is my stress reliever!
- Yoga! Yoga stretches and relaxes any tight muscles you might have. Plus the meditation, (If on the right thing) will help you to focus on the present, and not the future or the past.
- Turn off your device! Looking and stressing over social media, is NOT a way to relax! Turn it off!
Something to keep in mind, is, don’t worry about the future! You have no control over it, and worrying won’t do any good.
Think of this new month as a clean slate!
