This might sound a little weird, but colors really do affect your mood! (I am scared to use this word, because I might be using it wrong!) This is why restaurants are usually red. Apparently it makes you hungry!

Green. One of the most used colors in nature. I personally like to think that if God has a favorite color, it would be green. I know brown and blue are also used a lot, but I think green still has them both beat. Plus, when you think of green, you think of spring, Easter and re birth, right? And no wonder! Because green inspires balance and harmony!
Ok. The color of my room is going to change now, or I am at least getting more green into my wardrobe or something. Cause who doesn’t need balance and harmony??
So there you have it! Green is a natural stress reliever, and mood booster!
